What do you set before your eyes? What do you think upon? What do you labor to fulfill? I have said, “Come to Me all ye that labor and I will give you rest.” But you say, “Lord, I have found no rest.” What fill yourself with? Have you come truly unto Me casting all of your desires, hopes, dreams and efforts on Me? Do you seek My kingdom and righteousness or your own self-gain? Did I not say, “The first will be last and the last will be first.”
Put yourself in My hands and be done with self-seeking efforts. Will I not even restore even 100 fold beyond all you offer to Me, to what you give up to Me, even those things that destroy you that you so desperately cling to. I say give even these destructive habits, draws to the earth to Me and I will give you more than you can contain.
The world reasons that if you give up yourself you will lose all, that you only have one life to live so strive to fulfill every desire you have in your own way. I say, offer your life to Me and I will give you abundant life here and in eternity. There is more than your span of life on earth. Come and let Me sup with you, partake of all I offer you in joy, peace, giftings, even blessings. I delight to bless My children.
Bear with Me when I would have you stand for Me and enjoy Me when I would have you relax and frolic in the fields. Will I not give time for both? When you offer all to Me you have no regrets, for I redeem your time. When you offer all to Me there is no fear that your life has been wasted, for it is in My hands how I choose to use you so be at peace and rejoice. Get to know Me and enjoy even this time. The temporal things of life shall pass away, so set your treasures in Heaven where moth and rust does not corrupt. Set your heart fully upon Me for I will not disappoint.
Matthew 6:19-23
“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!”
