There are those with no understanding of the deeper things of God. For even in this interaction those religious leaders of the day did not see My workings and grace, but saw their own offenses and the law even in light of the miraculous. Has any done this before, has any said this before and these did not see what I was doing for they saw only their own preconceived ideas of what I Am.
Those who I have called out from this legalistic mindset are they who can go deeper into Me and see all that I desire to do for mankind. I have come to call the sick, not the well. Those who cry out to Me in their despair, in their weakness, in their mire I will raise up. I went to the lepers, tax collectors, sinners to bring them out and shine light on the darkness that surrounded them. Am I not the one who said, “Let there be light.”
So too I call My beloveds to seek that which is lost. The downcast, the ones who have no beauty, the empty to shine My light on them to make them lights to the world. I beautify even the unlovely. I make strong the weak. I raise up the bowed down.

The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the Sabbath day: it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed. He answered them, He that made me whole, the same said unto me, Take up thy bed, and walk.” John 5:8-11
