Our Deepest Needs

What would be our state of mind, our reactions to all the daily activities/tasks, our responses to interactions that annoy or grate on our emotions? What if we lived in the reality that God is good, that His word is true?  Would we not be gentle to one another, patient and forbearing with those who do not understand the grace and love of God and act out of a doubtful heart? Would we not walk in hope rather than despair?  What if we were to live with miracles, blessings, and light overcoming darkness everyday?  Consider that which hinders us from walking our daily walk knowing fully the power of God. What is that hope, that prayer, that miracle we long to see and be made manifest in our life? Voice it to God through prayer.

I can do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask for or imagine. When you turn your thoughts to Me in the common ways, when waking, when shopping, when working, when going about your daily tasks. It touches My heart when you think of Me and expect My supply. As you form this thoughtful habit of looking unto Me when your needs are few, then you will look to Me when your needs are great. It will be as breathing deeper, not gasping for breath.

Rest in Me at all times. Commune with Me. As you sit in My presence I change you, I change your heart, your influence, I even change your body to reflect My glory. My thoughts are many toward you, let yours be toward Me. Meditate on Me, on My word, for it is I who make you great and supply all your needs.

  • “Sing forth the honor of His name: make His praise glorious. Say unto God, How majestic art thou in thy works! Through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee. All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah.” Psalm 66:2-4
