Meditate on the Lord and the truth of His word. Know His will for you. Though circumstances may look opposite of what we are to believe for, ours is to hold to/stand on His word, speak His word over a situation, and believe. Even if this were done 100 times, it may not be until the 101st time that we see circumstances change. While we are speaking and believing, the Lord is preparing our hearts and refining us to receive and bare His blessing and move. He is for us, not against us. His timing is perfect. Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God that He may lift you up in due season.
- “O spare me, that I may recover strength, before I go hence, and be no more. I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him.” Psalm 39:13-40:1-3
- “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.” James 4:10
