Led Thus Far

Oh faithful God, You are that friend that sticks closer than a brother. Though all men may forsake Me, I stand for Thee and in Thee. It is You who know the way we are to walk. You are the strength of our hearts and You continually guide and equip us as we rest in Thee. As we face the challenges of each day, we are encouraged by your tender, compassionate words over us that echoes of Your love. We are here to display Your glory and pour our Your love and light to the world.

My love, know that it delights Me greatly to pour out on you like this, for I have seen and tenderly cared for your heart all of your life. You have been very dear and a tender treasure to Me. My love, you are sensitive to Me, to My creation, to My people though you lash out at times I know you do out of fear and hurt. I remove these coverings from you so that your response will be all love filled with Me. I anoint your heart, your hands, your words to speak, touch, and pour out to all those who know Me and those who long to know Me and will be called by My name.

My love, many have misunderstood you, but I do not. I see your tenderness and cultivate your strength rather than cover you with condemnation. Even for these who have maligned you, I will replace the bitterness and give you a heart of forgiveness and love toward them. Pour out as I lead and do not respond harshly to their taunts, respond only as unto Me for I Am your very great reward. I will begin to pour out on you more and more in My giftings and in encounters with Me. Be not uneasy, My love, have I not led you thus far? The gifts I pour upon you will make room for you. The ways will open before you to bring forth My purposes.

  • But if I go to the east, he is not there; if I go to the west, I do not find him. When he is at work in the north, I do not see him; when he turns to the south, I catch no glimpse of him. But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold.”  Job 23:8-10
  • “The Lord is my light and my salvation –  whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life – of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked advance against me to devour me, it is my enemies and my foes    who will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me,  my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident. One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the Lord Hear my voice when I call, Lord; be merciful to me and answer me. My heart says of you, ‘Seek his face!’   Your face, Lord, I will seek. Do not hide your face from me,  do not turn your servant away in anger;   you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, God my Savior. Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.”  Psalm 27:1-10
