Be not discouraged, do not be dismayed for I Am thy God and will still give thee aid. I will strengthen thee, help thee, and cause thee to stand, upheld by My righteous, omnipotent hand. I inspired the writer of this hymn, and so I encourage and inspire you this day.
Do not fret when the wicked succeed, when there appears to be no justice in the earth. For I have come to bring light to the nations and justice on the earth. Follow Me, keep you eyes, heart, mind stayed on Me and I will make your way. Do not be concerned with lofty matters where you have no answers, for I see all and not one deed goes unnoticed.
I would that all men follow Me, but those who choose not to go their own way. I give them a choice. I give blessings and life, the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy. His time is coming to an end. My people will continue to shine brighter and brighter until the full light of day. I will make known all that is hidden in the darkness. Were I to show you all of the dark and all of the light it would be too much to bare.
Take heart, my love, I do not judge you in your discouragement. A tender reed I will not bruise. I will lift up and tenderly care for you. Let my strength and love permeate you until all darkness and bitterness is gone. I wash you clean, for I bore your iniquities took your infirmities upon My own body that you might live free and fulfill the purpose I had planned for you.
Give hope to those who sit in darkness, do not judge but lift up. You are My delight, be delightful My beautiful one. I restore beyond what you had before, I remove the scourge of the enemy and plant you in an abundant field to spread your roots and grow strong, unmovable by any wind of circumstance.
- “Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will bring justice to the nations. He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice; he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his teaching the islands will put their hope.” Isaiah 42:1-4
