Adventure and Awe

Your lesson has been one of patience, to wait upon Me to fulfill the words of My mouth and not try to bring it to pass yourself. I Am teaching you not to dwell in discouragement or to speak the despair of the situation when you do not see My will come to fruition in your timing. Call those things forth as though they are. Instead of complaint, let there be blessing and praise heard in your mouth. Speak My truth over the situation and continue to speak My truth and My heart.

Your heart was made for adventure. Is this not adventure? Instead of accepting the circumstance as unchangeable and futile, I invite you to be a circumstance changer with Me. Your heart desires to see beauty and not be bogged down with the status quo of what those around you call a successful life. Your heart was made to follow Me on the heights not the ordinary expectations of man.

Yours is to stand on the heights with Me and proclaim and believe for what I say is possible. To journey with Me where I lead you, to make your home wherever I have you for a season. You’ve even found it impossible to clearly describe what you wanted in life, for you wanted what I did, you did not want to believe that the normal path of man was the only option.

I said open you mouth wide and I will fill it. I have been refining you and preparing you to walk with Me wherever I lead you. To be unafraid to stand where I say stand or go where I say go. I am not done awing you.

  • “As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,so is my word that goes out from my mouth:    It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. You will go out in joy  and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. Instead of the thornbush will grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow.  This will be for the Lord’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever.”  Isaiah 55:10-13
  • “From the fruit of their mouth a person’s stomach is filled; with the harvest of their lips they are satisfied. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”  Proverbs 18:20-21
