A Trusting Heart

They have walked along in the darkness for a season and their purposes were to make it through. During this time they cried out to Me and their hearts said, “though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” When My beloveds have this heart through and through I can move for My purposes for them can be revealed and the selfishness, pride, self-purposes are drawn from them.

The season of darkness and groping was used to refine and set up.  “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him” – when this is whispered in the quietest breath reflecting the mindset and heart cry then I can move mightily. Not many will let Me move in complete trust and faith. Fear and doubt always creep in, but when my beloveds are completely Mine and allow Me to do as I please in poverty or riches, in sickness, and health, in turmoil/chaos or times of peace, then I can move mightily. Have I not said, I am your exceeding great reward.

In your limited perspective you cannot see the whole picture.  Do not fear what man can do to you in this lifetime, for I have riches, beauties, mysteries beyond your imagination that you will experience when your time on earth is done.  Do not fear life, do not fear death.  It is my desire to prosper you and give you health, but there may be seasons of refinement so that I can mature you, strengthen you, and teach you of My ways.

Many do not call out to Me or seek Me and go about their own ways filling their time with earthly cares when times are good and health is perfect. But when the season of darkness (sickness, chaos, turmoil) comes upon them these earthly cares (wood hay, and stubble) drop from their hands and they seek what is real and eternal.

Always keep your face to Me, fear Me only, know My desire for you and love for you. Trust Me even in pains of various kinds and I will lift you up. I wait for your trust I wait to have your heart so tenderized with the understanding of My love that you can safely say, “Though He slay Me, yet will I trust Him.”  When you are here I can give much.

  • “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley,I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.  You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and mercy will follow me  all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” Psalm 23:1-6
