I tell you that your steps are firmly ordered by Me. Do not be tossed to and fro by every wind and whim of man. Your greatness or obscurity rest in Me, do not seek man’s accolades, but My pleasure. I will position you at the right place, at the right time, to fulfill My purposes throughout your lifetime.
Do not despise the moments of seeming uselessness, for these are moments of preparation and waiting on Me, of stilling your soul before Me to be ready when I have need of you. You are at the King’s bidding. I am not a King who delights in making My children wait in despair and emptiness, but one who gives blessings in the seasons of transitions and quiet.
Be content in all times – when being apparently used and in times of sitting still. My vessels I use in such ways as this – times of speaking and employment and times of stillness and quiet. Despise not either. Rejoice in both, for I have created them all.
Were you to be constantly employed you would lose sight in your flesh of Me and begin to operate in your own strength and wisdom. The quiet times are key to being refreshed. Be content to be abased and abound, and unmoved at man’s reaction.
I draw all men to you by Me in you. You will be still and they will be drawn to you. You will ask how is this possible, I did not seek their attention? It is I in you that draws their spirit to the well of refreshment. You pour out as prompted and do not hold back.
Do not judge others or seek an opinion of any man, operate in love with all. Do not say, “This one I like, and this one I don’t” only operate in My love to all men. In this you will be ready to pour on them as needed without respecter of person. Do I not love them all, did I not die in My earthly body as a sacrifice for them all? Love them as unto Me. I will grow your heart of compassion to all men.
Leviticus 26:3-5
“If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.”
