Proclamation for Healing

We move from strength to strength and glory to glory in our walk with Jesus. Sometimes we are too caught up with the noise of our own lives to wait before Him and seek His face for wisdom, revelation, and His truth in a matter. Instead of walking in the Spirit, we operate in our own understanding and fight in the strength of our flesh, which leads quickly to frustration as we don’t see the promises of God fulfilled.

It is so important that we understand the realities of any situation we face, as we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against a spiritual wickedness in high places, therefore we must:

  • Fight the good fight of faith and know all that Jesus accomplished is enough
  • Recognize that He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness and by his wounds we have been healed
  • Encourage each other to greater works and manifestations of His Holy Spirit
  • Be lights in this dark world shining brighter and brighter until the full light of day

Fighting the good fight of faith can encompass any area of our lives where we are believing for a breakthrough, but let us focus now on the area of healing.

The Lord sent the word below during a long season of seeking Him for my mother’s healing. We did not understand the power of proclamation and contending in the faith, and we lost that battle as we struggled to believe for full and complete healing of her body. She is now in Heaven and enjoying the fullness of God. Just because we didn’t see this healing manifest does not mean it wasn’t His will to heal – we just didn’t know how to receive it.

I share this precious Word from the Lord with those still operating in the battle of belief, for His word will not return to Him void but will accomplish the purpose for which He sent it. Claim this word that the Lord sent for  full healing for yourself or loved ones. Use it as a proclamation and stand on His promises for healing and receive:

[Name of person], your path led through a way that was dark but for just a little while. Your suffering and humility will produce much freedom, for many afflicted with the malady of [insert issue here]. You asked Me to use you and you have been kept safe through this time, but in the span of eternity it will be as just a moment.

As you receive your healing you will see this time as a momentary affliction that produces much fruit. I say that your time has come to completion in this way, come forth. Walk in the full light of My presence and My touch on you for the rest of your days. I restore you to fullness.

Go forth and speak My words to those who have lost their faith in Me for their healing and restoration and even to those who, while believing for others, have lost faith in the dark times as they surveyed the bleak appearance of the situation. Touch them with My compassion. I desire their bodies to be healed and that they walk in fullness of strength for all of their days, to fulfill My purposes and plans, and show forth My great and mighty power in My creations.

Psalm 103:1-5

“Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits – who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”

Psalm 107:19-21

“Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction. Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wondrous works to the children of man! And let them offer sacrifices of thanksgiving, and tell of his deeds in songs of joy!”

Matthew 4:23-24

“Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed; and he healed them.”

Matthew 10:8

“Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.”

Mark 5:34

“He said to her, ‘Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.'”

Luke 14:1-6

“One Sabbath, when Jesus went to eat in the house of a prominent Pharisee, he was being carefully watched. There in front of him was a man suffering from abnormal swelling of his body. Jesus asked the Pharisees and experts in the law, ‘Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath or not?’ But they remained silent. So taking hold of the man, he healed him and sent him on his way. Then he asked them, ‘If one of you has a child or an ox that falls into a well on the Sabbath day, will you not immediately pull it out?’ And they had nothing to say.”
