I have much to share with you, much to reveal. You think you know all the plans I have for you, but I have details to reveal. You struggle to still and quiet yourself before Me. Why this struggle? For I have the very words of life for you. I have adventures to ready you for and wisdom to give you. As you sit in My presence I change you.
I have positioned you to see My paths before you, gain My perspective on encounters and situations, and receive from Me. I have removed you from a position of continually hitting a wall and being stifled with deadness, hopelessness, and lack of vision.See why I rebuke your unwillingness to come and sit in My presence. I have much to do through you and I say the time is now.
When you have rested and are refreshed, I will instill into you to ready you for this next great position I have for you. I will give you the words to speak, I will give you discernment, I will give you wisdom of this age to confound the wise and learned. I reveal to you that I am about to make a major change. I tell you of this so you will know it is from My hand. Do not fear, do not dread, know that I have prepared you for this.
Know that it is My favor on you that promotes you into a position where I can speak through you and work through you in mighty ways. To refresh My people, to give strength to the weary, and relief to the oppressed. Rejoice, for I make you great and take great delight in walking with you on My path for you.
- “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle you. To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” I Peter 5:6-11
- “Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.” John 6:67-69
- “Why do you complain, Jacob? Why do you say, Israel, My way is hidden from the Lord; my cause is disregarded by my God? Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:27-31
