Come to Me, you who are weary and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, for My yoke is easy and My burden is light. You feel overwhelmed at times and so you turn your heart numb to face the days. My love, this feeling is birthed from a lack of perspective.
Were you to see what I was doing on your behalf, were you to see the whole truth of the matter, were You to see things from My perspective how joyful would your heart be, the shadow of discouragement would lift and the full light of hope would break upon you to light your way. How easy would the tasks at hand then seem.
My love, come to Me for this refreshment and drink deep of Me. Let Me enlarge your perspective. What you can’t see or don’t understand, trust Me and let your heart rest in faith.
Know My heart for you, know My tender mercies, know My love that is unfailing. Rest in Me, and be ye refreshed.

Prayer of the Heart
Acts 3:19-21
Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.

I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.”
Psalm 16:8-11
I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices; my flesh also dwells secure. For you will not abandon my soul to Sheol, or let your holy one see corruption. You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
Psalm 19:7-10
The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever. The decrees of the Lord are firm, and all of them are righteous. They are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the honeycomb.

2 Timothy 3:1-5
But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
